Hi all,
Is there a “right” way to meditate?
-Sitting up/ laying down?
-Keeping the mind as blank as possible/ focus on something specific?
-Visualize anything?
-Repeat a mantra in my head?
-How long?
There are probably endless permutations. What has worked for you?

There are lots of different ways! The trick is to find the one that works best for you. Have you tried one of the meditation apps like headspace or calm?
