So ok, I used the lettuce which I got in exchange from the cabbage that I accidentally purchased and I used the leaves as a substitute for the soft taco shells with my marinated chicken, chopped red pepper and tomatoes:
MUCH better than using cabbage leaves. Still, I’d much rather use a flour tortilla shell. Grumble grumble.

I think it’s hilarious that you titled this “lettuce, part 2”!! Sooo funny! I think you can cut calories other ways (1 less beer/glass of wine when you go out; I don’t know, there’s tons of ways)….i would never cut my flour tortillas from my diet though….

I’ve never tended to miss tortillas when I do lettuce wraps, but that’s probably because I load mine up with avocado and when there’s avocado in my life I can forgive almost anything.
